Nykitia Ledbetter

Nykitia is the founder of Mental Resilient Services, PLLC. She is a Certified Trauma Care professional, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, and PsyD candidate specializing in sports psychology. She believes in the holistic approach, treating the body as a whole. She is driven by her commitment to motivating individuals to reach their full potential of self-actualization and mental resilience.

 

She has worked in various inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, providing individual, family, and group therapy. Her experience includes children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with life issues such as trauma, high-risk youth, self-esteem, substance abuse and addictions, anger management, behavior modification, and mental health challenges, including depression, autism, anxiety, bipolar, and schizophrenia.

Nykitia's preferred therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but it uses an eclectic approach to counseling to fit the needs of each individual.
