Currently we are contracted with: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, Ambetter, Optum, Superior Healthplan, Parkland Community Healthplan, EAP and we also take Care Credit as an additional form of payment.

Please keep in mind each insurance plan differ in rates. Until claims are process any information regarding payments will be an estimate.
